The Samsung W23 5G will be released on October 21

Last year in the same month, Samsung debuted the W22 5G; this year, its successor, the W23 5G, will be introduced on October 21 at 7 p.m. local time in China.

Since the W22 5G was a modified version of the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G for the Chinese market, it is likely that the W23 5G will be a modified version of the Galaxy Z Fold4 for the world’s largest smartphone market. However, Samsung has not yet released any information about the W23 5G.

According to a poster that surfaced online, Samsung will also release the W23 Flip, which is presumably a Chinese-specific variation of the Galaxy Z Flip4. China Telecom will distribute both the W23 5G and W23 Flip.

On Friday, we will get further information about the pricing and availability of the W23 lineup.
