Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23 Ultra Enterprise Edition launch in Australia
Samsung has recently introduced an Enterprise Edition of its Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphones in Australia. These new models have the same hardware as the regular ones, but with added enterprise tools designed to enhance security and remote management.
The enterprise features include a one-year subscription to the Samsung Knox Suite, which provides protection against cyber security threats and enables IT departments to manage phones remotely. The Enterprise Edition also comes with pre-installed Microsoft and Google cloud productivity tools, although users will still need a license to edit Microsoft Office documents.
Samsung will support the Enterprise Edition phones for two years after launch, with critical OS updates and security patches provided for up to five years. Although the pricing has not yet been announced, companies will be able to purchase the phones in bulk and negotiate their own deals.
Garry McGregor, Vice President of Samsung Electronics Australia’s Mobile Experience Division, said that businesses need devices that are powerful, secure, easy to use, and easy to manage.
