Hyundai Ioniq 6 Brief Specs
To compete with the Model 3, the Hyundai Ioniq 6 will need to provide at least 300 miles of driving range. An official EPA rating hasn’t been disclosed, but we believe the Ioniq 6’s larger, optional 77.4-kWh battery pack might come close to 400 miles. The decreased 55.0 kWh capacity of the base battery is a consequence of the car’s use of a single motor. We will conduct our real-world highway range test at 75 mph once we have access to an Ioniq 6.
The Ioniq lineup from Hyundai has always been known for its luxurious interiors, and the Ioniq 6 appears to be no different. Earlier images of the interior reveal a sleek and uncluttered design, much like that of the Ioniq 5. Hyundai claims that the flat floor and ambient lighting in the cabin contribute to the impression of increased space. It will have five seats because it is a regular four-door sedan, and the backseat will be a bench. The trunk capacity might not be as large as that of a hatchback or crossover, but the rear seats can probably be folded down to make more room for cargo.
Hyundai Ioniq 6 Price
It is expected the Ioniq 6 to be slightly more expensive than the Ioniq 5, which starts at $40,925.
