On the back, the Moto G84 sports a dual camera setup consisting of a 50 MP primary sensor with an f/1.88 lens, dual PDAF and OIS, and an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a 118-degree field of view and autofocus. Both cameras can record 4K video at 30 fps and have Auto Night Vision mode for low-light photography.
The Moto G84 packs a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging via a USB Type-C port. The phone also comes with stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Moto Spatial Sound, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, NFC, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO and FM radio. The phone has an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance and a fingerprint scanner under the display.
The Moto G84 runs on Android 13 out of the box and Motorola promises to deliver Android 14 and three years of security updates. The phone is available in three color options: Marshmallow Blue and Midnight Blue with plastic backs, and Viva Magenta with vegan leather back.
The Moto G84 will go on sale on September 8 exclusively on Flipkart. Motorola has also partnered with Pantone to offer some exclusive accessories for the phone, such as cases, earphones and power banks.
