Moto E40 Launching from October 17 in India for INR 9,499
Last week Motorola debuted the Moto E40 without any availability specifics but today the brand’s India unit has just officially confirmed the handset for the local market. The phone is going on sale from October 17 at 12AM for INR9,499 ($125) via Flipkart.
Moto E40 delivers a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole cutout for its 8MP selfie shooter. It’s powered by the Unisoc T700 processor alongside 4GB RAM and 64GB storage which is further extendable via microSD. The rear houses a 48MP primary camera plus two 2MP modules for macro pictures and depth data. There’s also a fingerprint scanner buried in the moto logo.
Elsewhere the phone has a 5,000 mAh battery with 10W charging over USB-C, a headphone port and runs Android 11 with Moto’s My UX UI on top. The E40 can be obtained in Pink Clay and Carbon Gray hues.
