Samsung’s flagship phone, which has been on the market for almost three years, has received a new firmware upgrade. SamMobile reports that Samsung Galaxy S10 5G users have begun receiving Android 12‘s One UI 4.0 update. Updates will help users in the US and South Korea, according to the study.
Verizon’s version of the Galaxy S10 5G has received the G977UVRU8GULD software update. The January security patch for Android is included in this new build. Upgrade G977NKSU6GULB delivers Android security patch for December in South Korea’s Android 12 update.
The S10 5G will receive Android 12 as its final major software update (the phone originally launched with Android 9 Pie). Samsung Galaxy S10 5G owners can check for an update by going to Settings > Software Update > Download and install.
