In India, sales of the Realme 9i will commence on January 22
Just a week after its global unveiling, the Realme 9i has made its way to India. With a starting price of INR13,999 ($190/€165) and a starting price of INR15,999 ($215/€190), this smartphone is available in two colors: Prism Black and Blue. Starting on January 22, you can buy one through Realme.com and select shops.
Out of the box, the Realme 9i has a Snapdragon 680 processor and the Realme UI 2.0 operating system. The 6.6″ Full HD+ 90Hz LCD is protected by DragonTrail Pro glass and has a punch hole in the top-left corner for the 16MP selfie camera.
With a Stereo Prism Design, the Realme 9i has a camera system that includes 50MP primary and 2MP macro and depth sensors on its rear panel.
Stereo speakers, Hi-Res Audio, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, a 3.5mm headphone socket, and USB-C round out the Realme 9i’s list of standout features and capabilities.
Additionally, the Realme 9i has a dedicated microSD card slot for storage extension of up to 1TB, as well as the Dynamic RAM Expansion (DRE) feature, which lets you virtually expand the RAM by 3GB on the 4GB RAM model and 5GB on the 6GB RAM model. Although it won’t ship with the device, DRE will be available via an over-the-air (OTA) update.
Charge time from empty to full is claimed to be 70 minutes for the device’s 5,000 mAh battery with 33W Dart Charge compatibility.
