In a Few Days, Sony will Unveil a Brand-new Xperia Smartphone (October 26)
Following its August 1st launch of the Xperia 1 III, Sony‘s mobile division has been relatively quiet since then. The company only recently began selling its successor, the Xperia 5 III, and quietly introduced another device, the Xperia 10 III Lite, to Japan. However, there’s been a sudden flurry of activity.
There will be a new Xperia product launch on Tuesday, October 26. What do you think Sony is going to say? When it comes to this phone, the Xperia name and logo are readily visible.
However, it is far too early for Qualcomm’s Mark IV phones, as the new Snapdragon CPU has not yet been announced. In addition, the Mark III series was only recently released. So it’s a mid-ranger, right? Mid-range phones aren’t exactly cause for a huge, showy unveiling, as seen by the 10 III Lite’s understated debut.
As a result, we’re left perplexed. No new Sony mobile devices have been reported in earlier reports that we’ve combed through. A new phone hasn’t been announced yet because the firm is too busy with the PlayStation, headphones and mirrorless cameras to devote time to it.
The Pixels will be announced next Tuesday, so we won’t have to wait long to do something we haven’t done in a while: watch a phone be unveiled without knowing everything about it.
